Not only can you order food online quickly, we allow you to collect points for every pound you spend, collect the targeted points and you will receive a £5 voucher to spend on your next order. has all types of different food, from Indian curry to Italian Pizza.  It has become the one stop shop for online food order and takeaway delivery. allows you to explore all takeaways & restaurants in your area and view the takeaways services and food offered.  Find new favourites and save them to your profile.

Q) How do I sign in?
Go to the welcome page and enter your username and password on the main page and click the ‘login’ button. If you are not already register then click the ‘join now’ link.

Q) Can I order from many restaurants at a time?

As a customer of MyHungryBelly, you can place as many orders as you like and from as many different restaurants as you wish.  If you order food from different restaurants it is best you do one order at a time from that particular restaurant as each restaurant has different minimum order values or delivery charge etc.  MyHungryBelly suggests that you make your order from one restaurant and allow the order to be processed and be finalised and then make another order from a different restaurant/takeaway.

Q)  How do I get the telephone number of the required takeaway?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email with your order confirmation which will have the takeaways contact number and details listed.

Q)  I don’t like ordering online, is there any other way?

The only method for placing an order is online.  Our website is secure as we use the latest technology to encrypt your personal information.  We do not store your card details nor do we share your information with any third parties.  Using the latest technology we can verify any suspect transactions for your security.  If someone is attempting to do fraudulent activity using your card on our website we can confirm this and report it to the police.

Q)  I don’t like giving my card details out online, is there a way of giving them over the phone?

Unfortunately there isn’t any other payment method apart from card payments on the site.  This method is quick and easy as MyHungryBelly uses the latest technology for encrypting data it is completely safe.  If you do not wish to make your payment using your credit/debit card online then you can use the ‘pay upon delivery’ method which means you will pay by cash to the delivery man.

Q)  How do I place an order?

It is very easy! Just follow the instructions below:
  • From the main page ‘enter your location’ using your postcode or the postcode of the area you wish to order from and press ‘search’.
  • You'll be redirected to a page showing a list of the restaurants that deliver to your area. Here you need to choose the restaurant you want to order from and you will be redirected to the menu page:
  • Select the items you want to purchase by clicking the ‘+’ button
  • If you want to purchase more than ‘1’ item you can select the amount from the drop down box which is to the right of the page.
  • You will see that all your selected items will appear in the cart of the right hand side of the page.
  • When you are done with your choice, click ‘order now’ on the cart.
  • You must login to continue.  Either using your email address or registered user name.  Once you are logged in you need to click the ‘order now’ button which will redirect you to step 2 of the check out.
  • You will see a page showing your order; each item is listed with the quantity and price.  (If you wish to remove an item you can by clicking on the ‘remove’ button) You must select whether you want your food delivered or if you’re picking it up.  You must specify the delivery/pickup time using the drop down box in this section.  Finally you need to double check the delivery address is correct and then select whether you want to pay by cash or pay online.  (Pay by cash means paying the delivery man at your door, paying online will redirect you to the secure checkout.
  • The next page is the payment section; here you can choose to pay by card (visa, solo, switch, maestro and mastercard) and you need to enter your card number, valid from date, expiry date, issue number (switch/solo users), security code and the card holder’s details.  Read the order summary and click ‘confirm’ when you are satisfied that the information entered is correct. 
Q)  How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order call us on 01274 288971 or email us at and we will cancel the order for you.

Q)  How do I change my order?
You can try and call the restaurant and agree to make changes and pay the difference by cash directly to the restaurant or since we send the orders immediately you can give us a call and cancel the order and go back online and place a new one.

Q)  How do I know if an order has been received if I placed it at 23:00?
Our customer care centre is open from 9:00am till 11:00pm Monday to Sunday.  After closing time you can still place an order on and it will be sent automatically to the restaurant but your order WILL NOT be supervised.  If for any reason you suspect your order has not been received by the restaurant you should call them directly.  You will find the contact details of the restaurant listed in the confirmation email you receive from MyHungryBelly.

Q)  What do I do if my order is late or if I haven’t received it in the specified time?
MyHungryBelly is only responsible for forwarding the orders to restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery and food quality as that is the restaurants responsibility.  If you aren’t satisfied by the service you have received then you should contact the restaurant directly and raise these issues.   You will find the contact details of the restaurant listed in the confirmation email you receive from MyHungryBelly.

Q)  I am not satisfied with my food, can I get a refund?
MyHungryBelly is only responsible for forwarding orders to restaurants.  If you are not satisfied with your food then you must contact the restaurant directly.  Very often the restaurants are happy to help and offer you a discount or some kind of compensation if they know that the customer is not satisfied with the food purchased from their establishment.  Unfortunately MyHungryBelly is not responsible for the food quality.
We do have a rating system on MyHungryBelly that allows you to express your opinion about the restaurant as well as checking other user’s feedback before placing an order.

Q)  I placed two orders but only one was successful yet I have been charged twice.  What do I do?

Don’t worry, this can happen for a number of reasons such as closing your browser while the payment is being authorised, losing your internet connection or a fault.  If this does occur please give us a call on 01274 288971 between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Sunday and we will check our payment system and refund you the money that was deducted by mistake.

Q)  I was due a refund but I never received it.  What do I do?
If this has happened MyHungryBelly would suggest that you check your bank statements to see if any money actually has been deducted from your account.  It is most likely that the money never left your account at all which means you will not be receiving a refund.  What happens is that when you make an online purchase the money is actually reserved before being deducted from your account.  If a request for a refund is sent the same day it is possible that the reserved amount of money gets cancelled and therefore there will be no transaction from your account.  However if money has been deducted from your account and this shows on your statement then you should call us immediately so we can look investigate the matter and refund you as soon as possible.

Q) I am placing an order but I get a message saying, “Your card has been declined or refused by authorities” What do I do?

This can happen for various reasons, some of which are as follows:
  • You may have typed your card details incorrectly and will need to go back and try again and make sure you enter the details accurately.
  • You may have previously placed the same order with the same restaurant twice or more.  To avoid abuse of credit cards by unauthorised parties double orders are cancelled automatically.  If this is the case you should pay by cash or try ordering from a different restaurant.
  • Your card may have expired so check the validity date and if this is the case contact your bank.
  • There may be other reasons for which the card has been refused and most likely it is for your own security and safety.
Q) How do I write a review for a restaurant/takeaway?
Writing a review for takeaways is easy.  Follow the instructions below:
  • Log into your account and once your login is successful the welcome page will appear.
  • On the welcome page it will show previous orders.  Click ‘review’ and you will be directed to the rate & review page.
  • Here you can rate your chosen restaurant/takeaway for quality, service and delivery on a scale of very poor, poor, average, good or very good.
  • To the right of the rating section you will see a comments box.  Here you can type a message leaving your review.
  • If other customers have already wrote a review for this particular restaurant/takeaway you will be able to see all previous reviews.
  • Simple click ‘rate now’ and your review are complete.
Q) Is there a membership fee?
Nope, MyHungryBelly is completely free to sign up to.  There are no hidden charges and you only pay for your order! (Please note there is a 0.50p charge for paying online.)

Q) How does the voucher system work?
As a valued customer, MyHungryBelly likes to reward you with its pointing system.  For each pound you spend using MyHungryBelly you will receive 1 point.  Once you have collected 100 points you will receive a £5 voucher which you can use on your next order.

Q)  Can I pay by cash?

There is an option for customers to pay by cash which you will find on the order confirmation page once you have double checked your order.  This means paying the exact amount to the delivery man when your order is delivered.

Q)  My food never arrived yet I was charged.  Am I allowed a refund?
You are most certainly in your rights to request a refund if your food never arrived and you were charged for your order.  To do this you will need your order number ready or your order details which can be found on the confirmation email you received from MyHungryBelly.  Call us on 01274 288971 Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and make us aware of this and we will confirm this with the particular restaurant that your ordered from and we will refund your money.

Q)  What cards do you accept?

We accept all major cards such as Visa, Solo, Switch, Maestro and MasterCard.
